DNA fragmentation utilized HindIII and primers are T7 and SP6. Selectable marker is chloramphenicol. Average insert size is estimated to be 123 Kb. 73,728 clones are arrayed onto 192 plates, yielding an estimated 11X genome coverage. The library can be placed on 4 filters. |
