Young floral buds were obtained from clone 108 in the yellow-poplar breeding orchard of the University of Tennessee’s Tree Improvement Program based at Knoxville, Tennessee.

Constructed by Eric Fang at Clemson University Genomic Institute. 384 well plant format, host is DH 10B, vector is pIndigoBac536. DNA fragmentation utilized HindIII and primers are T7 and SP6. Selectable marker is chloramphenicol. Average insert size is estimated to be 117 Kb. 73,728 clones are arrayed onto 192 plates. The library can be placed on 4 filters.
